Sweet cinnamon, the perfume of seduction.
Considered to be one of the most exquisite of fragrances.
According to Dr. Alan Hirsch, the smell of cinnamon arouses sexual desire in men.
Here are the seductive ingredients of this recipe:
We need two pears, vanilla extract, a pinch of nutmeg.
A 1/4 cup of sugar.
Another aphrodisiac, fresh ginger.
Also, plain yogurt, which is going to be transformed, into not so plain yogurt.
And of course our aromatic and captivating cinnamon.
In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt and a teaspoon of cinnamon.
Sprinkle some nutmeg.
Add the sugar.
Then, one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
And last, a tablespoon of fresh grated ginger.
Whisk all the ingredients.
Next, we need to peel the pears. I’m using only two this time.
Now, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the cores.
Butter a shallow baking pan and place the pears in it. Please add a little bit of butter to the ingredients, I forgot that we also needed butter.
Pour the cream mixture over the pears.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The pears should be tender and the cream thick.
Quick and easy, right?
Serve them warm or cold. I prefer to devour them warm. Drizzle with cajeta.
